All prices are subject to change. Project quotes are available upon request. Quotes once accepted by the client will not be changed to reflect subsequent changes in this fee schedule.

 

 

 

 

Consulting: first consultation free, $50 per hour thereafter

Areas of expertise: Website Design and Marketing, Encoded Archival Description, IT & Digital Resource Management.

Graphic Design: $50 per hour

Logos, letterhead, business cards, etc. all designed for print publishing in vector format and presented to the client in file formats commonly used by the printing industry (ie. EPS, embedded PDF, & Tiff.)

Web Site Design:

Basic Site Package: $500

  • Written site design (or redesign) proposal featuring menu structure, storyboard, and marketing suggestions.
  • Original logo design or pre-existing logo reformatting for both web and print use.
  • 3 template pages with varying content layouts.
  • Complete layout of up to 5 website pages.
  • Content editing services for entire website project until 1 week following initial launch.
  • 1 hour of site maintenance training.
  • CD-ROM with copies of both old and new site documents.

Optional Fees:

  • $20 for each additional page requiring content layout & editing.
    Applicable before or after site launch using site templates.
  • $100 - Meta-tag inclusion, Search Engine Submission, and Link Reciprocation.
  • Additional site maintenance training $50 per hour.

Website Management:

  • $30 per hour (minimum of 1 hour)
  • $270 - 10 hour block (10 % off hourly rate)
  • $500 - 20 hour block (more than 15 % off hourly rate)

Half payment due at onset of project. All checks must be made payable to Nicole Scalessa.
